Place of work: Wyrów (near Stawiszyn, Kalisz County)
Job Description:
Your main tasks will include:
- Operation and programming of CNC lathe controlled by FANUC system
- Preparation of material for production and selection of appropriate tools
- Making adjustments and setting machining parameters
- Taking control measurements and ensuring high quality of details
- Reading and interpreting technical documentation
Expectations:
- Knowledge of operating CNC lathes with FANUC control (programming, setting parameters, making adjustments)
- Ability to work in a team and be communicative
- Accuracy and commitment to assigned duties
Welcome:

- Experience working on a laser cutter
- Ability to operate bending machines and press brakes

2FASTEN - we manufacture metal components for private playgrounds and wooden garden architecture
We sell in Poland and Europe.
For starters:
- That's important, you're not starting from scratch - you'll take over an existing customer base that buys from us for about 6 million zlotys a year, and your job will be to further develop it and win new contracts - you get a solid foundation to gain momentum!
- Operational support - you are supported in your daily sales work by a dedicated person responsible for order processing, logistics and administration. You focus only on sales and account management - we have kept administration to a minimum.
Competencies sought:
- Building long-term relationships with existing customers and attracting new business partners
- Ability to acquire leads independently and make sales from scratch
- Consultative sales style, based on needs analysis and solution matching
- Self-reliance and good work organization, including managing one's own sales funnel
- Willingness to work in the field and operate in mobile-hybrid mode
- Coordinate cooperation with the technical and logistics department
- Reporting your achievements in CRM
You are expected to:
- Min. 2-3 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in the playground/construction/technical industry)
- Willingness to travel around Poland on business (B driving license is a must)
- English language skills are welcome,
- Acting in the spirit of the Sellwise sales methodology or NSM podcast

- Remuneration: base + bonus on revenue (PLN 8,000-11,000 gross + bonus), also possible B2B contract
